Job DetailsWe are seeking an Environmental Associate with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our Environmental Law Department in Bala Cynwyd, PA. The ideal candidate will:
Provide counsel on environmental compliance, regulatory matters, and environmental litigation.
Draft and review environmental permits, regulations, and related legal documents.
Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned legal opinions on environmental law issues.
Represent clients in interactions with federal, state, and local environmental agencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and legal developments.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
Strong academic credentials.
Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and manage multiple tasks.
