JOB DESCRIPTION
Seeking a highly motivated and driven
Database Administrator (MongoDB/NoSQL)
to work
Onsite 1-2 Days Per Week
supporting our War-fighter customer who upholds America's status as the "Land of the Free" every day, at work, or at play.
RESPONSIBILITIES3-7 years of experience installing, configuring, upgrading, and administration of databases including MongoDB, MariaDB, MySQL and/or NoSQL platformsConfigure database backups in accordance with customer requirementsPerform database recoveries as requiredPerform daily checks of databases, backups, exports, jobs, and storage.Troubleshoot databases, schemas, and user accountsEnsure compliance to database DoD STIGsOther duties as assigned or requiredREQUIREMENTS
Experience performing database installations, configurations, and upgrades requiredExperience performing database administration tasking with MongoDB requiredStrong UNIX background requiredAdditional experience administering MariaDB, MySQL or NoSQL platforms desiredExperience with migrating existing databases to cloud-based (AWS) environments is a plusADDITIONAL REQUIRED CERTIFICATION(s)
CompTIA Security+SECURITY CLEARANCE
Active Secret with ability to obtain TS/SSBIEDUCATION
AS/AA degree and 3 years of relevant experience OR HS Diploma and 5 years of relevant experience#00042
