N Floating Req to Sister Facilities: (Y/N): N Locals accepted: (Y/N) N RTO Restrictions: 7 days Guaranteed Hours: 40 Job Requirements Required skills include experience in outpatient physical therapy, experience treating orthopedic and neurologically involved patients and experience with electronic health record, preferably Epic Must also possess excellent communication skills, compassion and respect for others, teamwork and flexibility Required: Geriatrics, neurology, ortho, outpatient clinic, AROM/AAROM/PROM, assistive devices, body mechanics, identifying environmental barriers, pain assessment, strength testing, vital signs, documentation: assessment, discharge, evaluation, long term goals, plan of care, reassessments, short term goals, time management Equipment and devices: crutches, gait belt, standard walker, traction table Home exercise program, patient family education, signs & symptoms physical, sexual, psychological abuse, safety and injury prevention Manual therapy, state licensed Schedule Information The schedule is four, 10-hour shifts from 7am-5:30 pm with Wednesday off No weekends
