Required Assessment Skills/Experience: AROM/AAROM/PROM, Arousal and Attention, Body Mechanics, Identifying Environmental Barriers, Pain assessment, Skin integrity, Strength testing, Vital Signs.Required Documentation Skills/Experience: Assessment, Discharge, Evaluation, Long Term Goals, Plan of Care, Reassessments, Short Term Goals, Time Management.Equipment and Device Skills/Experience: Gait belt.Required Professional Skills and Knowledge: Home Exercise Program, Patient family education, Signs & Symptoms physical, sexual, psychological abuse, Safety and injury prevention.Schedule Information
