No.Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No.Open to accommodating block schedule? Schedule is M-F blocked.Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.Must have active IL license in hand to apply or must be in application process with ETA.RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours. Required Professional Skills and Knowledge: Home Exercise Program, Patient family education, Signs & Symptoms physical, sexual, psychological abuse, Safety and injury prevention.
