Requirements/Responsibilities:

10-12 years of experience in DELL-EMC storage technologies PMAX, VMAX, VNX.Should also have some knowledge of Cisco/Brocade SAN Switches, ECS, Isilon, Netapp, Client-3PAR.Ready to work in 24*7 environment.Drive the stabilization & automation in the environment.Strong skills on routine maintenance, including firmware updates, patches, and hardware replacements.Experience in device lifecycle management including automated lifecycle management.Experience in design and implementation of highly available infrastructure including DR using technologies like snapshotIQ, SRDF Metro and SyncIQ.Knowledge in VMware Administration & Data Domain Administration.Exposure to geo-proximity replication.Design, implement and manage highly available storage solution.Expertise on implement and management of disaster recovery solution including geo dispersed recovery.Expertise on implementation of backup and recovery solution using tools like Netbackup.Strong knowledge on automation of routine tasks like management of storage volumes, LUNs, and file systems according to organizational requirements.Expertise on capacity management including future forecast, using of storage tiers, IOPS optimization.Troubleshoot and resolve complex storage issues including traficflow analysis. Maintain SOP documentation, KEDB, Capacity plan and performance reports. Review and provide feedback to change records. Participate in identification of problem and propose and implement remediation of the same.Participate in disaster recovery (DR) tests for mission-critical applications using technologies like SRDF Metro and Sync.Manage storage capacity, ensuring optimal performance and resource utilization.Integrate backup solutions into the technical strategy for system recovery.
