Qualifications:

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)

3+ years of experience in analysis, information science, data visualization, or other relevant quantitative field preferredTrack record of previous experience with creating and developing BI dashboards, excel reports, working with and developing data modelsPower BI and SQL, Microsoft Excel experience are a prerequisiteDirect experience communicating with stakeholders, delivering projects end-to-end, and working collaboratively to drive improvement in the overall analytical support of Delta operations worldwideMust be comfortable working in group and individual settings.Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS):

Successful candidates will also have familiarity and/or experience with some or all of the following: SAS, R, Tableau, Qlik, Spotfire or other database interface tools and languagesExperience working with REST APIs, Postman will be beneficialBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, Business/Management, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, or other relevant quantitative fieldPrevious experience in reporting and analytics rolesPrevious experience in a Program Management or Program Delivery OrganizationPrevious experience and understanding of Agile Delivery FrameworksResponsibilities:

** Data and reporting analyst - really best title-lot of exp working with data, excel, sql queries, power bi-multiple sources of data-pulling together data models-reports that will go to senior leaders-working with varun directly-team is responsible for effective delivery of programs and projects-tracking working from start to finish, cycle time and metrics ...what got done and what didn't get done ... why didn't it get done-build reporting to help delivery partners (program managers scrums etc) ... build them unique views-building good visuals-power bi exp is great, but any other visualization platform (quick tableau etc) is easily transferable
