Travel Nurse RN - PCU - Progressive Care Unit - $2,010 per week

Certification Details ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certificates are mandatory. Job Details Hospital located in Eastern Nebraska is looking for travel RN's in their HVI (Cardio/General ICU/PCU/MedSurg combined Unit) - Generalist ICU and PCU experience accepted. PCU patients and ratio will be expected. This is an ASAP need. 13 weeks, 48 hour contracts. Job Requirements ACLS, BLS, NIHSS are required. ICU Exp Required but CVICU preferred. EKG exam required. Schedule Information Cyclic staff scheduling. 12 hr days. Candidates can work with the scheduler when they report but they are looking for flexible travelers. Unit Specific Information Impella, ballon pump, ventilators, BIPAP, CPAP. Amio, nitro, nicardapine, epi, cardizem. Multiple other cardiac medications for blood pressure management. Adults- varies depending on acuity: 1:2 for ICU, 1:4 for PCU 1:5 for med surg. Navy scrubs. Additional Details RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated. They will NOT contract block schedule.
