Related Companies is looking to hire a Risk Insurance Senior Analyst who will, under the direction of the Corporate Risk Manager, assist in administering the risk management programs for the company's real estate portfolios, corporate operations and investment advisement activities. The position requires a detail oriented, self-motivated individual with strong organization and interpersonal skills, and offers a great opportunity for experience and growth.

ResponsibilitiesAssist the Corporate Risk Manager in the management and administration of multiple insurance programs for the firm's real estate portfolios and corporate operations.Collect, organize and analyze underwriting data (values, COPE, vehicle schedules, environmental Phase I reports, etc.) and collaborate with broker counterparts to complete numerous annual renewals.Maintain and update asset and policy information within the risk management information system; analyze data and produce reports for internal review and to support insurance submissions.Run or request valuation reports, flood zone determinations and other pertinent asset information to provide budget guidance to stake holders on future acquisitions.Ensure receipt and accuracy of all binders, policies, endorsements and related documents, maintaining orderly and complete files; create redacted policies as required.Provide excellent customer service to internal clients with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and meet deadlines. This may include but is not limited to presenting market results or proactively alerting stakeholders to significant changes in YoY costs or coverage terms.Coordinate risk assessment site visits with insurers engineers and site chief engineers and ensure loss recommendations are completed.Provide responses to requests for evidence of insurance and other documentation for acquisitions, loans, third party investors or joint venture partners.Assist in the preparation and dissemination of invoices to appropriate internal clients, tracking timely payments and working with Accounts Receivables on past due payments; respond to inquiries from internal clients regarding same.Other risk management duties as assigned.Compensation

$120,000 - $130,000 / yearAnnual performance based bonusQualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong computer skills and expertise in Microsoft Excel required.Impeccable attention to detail.Ability to work independently but also be a collaborative team player.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters and accommodate tight deadlines while working in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.Strong sense of integrity and ethics. Values entrepreneurialism. Demonstrates strong intellectual curiosity; always seeking new approaches and challenging the organization to new levels of success.Minimum 3 years' experience in the commercial real estate and/or risk management industries.Benefits
