Level Office & Network : Perform End User Compute support, computing operations (1st level IMAC - install, move, add & change) and interface with central I.T. Administrator.
Main Missions
Level Office & Network :
1 - Assists users to run their computing systems, especially in case of issues- Carries out daily and common operations as registered in the Service Desk ticketing system- Support users in running their computing systems in a more efficient way buy providing 1st level training & advices2 - Ensures receipt of user requests and helps to resolve incidents (1st level)- Ensures receipt and recording of user requests in the Service Desk ticketing system : install, move, add and change- performs diagnosis of breakdowns and takes care of 1st level repairs- Transfers requests for repairs to technicians and administrators capable of answering- Carries out collection of needs for improvement (in particular technical)3 - Ensures installation, deployment and effective operating of computing equipment (material and software) for users, in compliance with current company procedures- Installs user equipment and updates ( micro material, programmes)- Ensures follow-up of micro material and software stock inventory, management of updates, management of maintenance equipment stock- Assists and advises users permanently
