Property managers can grant building access, revoke permissions, and review entry logs from an online dashboard. This role is our first dedicated product marketing hire and will be crucial in shaping our go-to-market strategy and driving product success; it reports to our Chief Product Officer.Responsibilities:

Lead the product launch process, partnering with PM, Sales, CX, Marketing and FinanceConduct win/loss analysis and build out program at scaleConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategyTrain the sales team on new and existing product features and value proposition; develop the collateral including demos, case studies, fact sheets and presentationsPromote existing and new products through all marketing channels in partnership with Marketing; assist in the creation of marketing content including blogs, whitepapers, emails, video, social media, etcEvolve product positioning, messaging, pricing, and packagingQualifications:

You have 10+ years of B2B marketing experience; 5+ in product marketingYou are an insatiably curious product marketer with a strong ownership mindset and bias for actionYou thrive on data driven decision making, and are fluent in analyzing large sets of data and consumer researchYou sweat the details and have a high bar for excellence and successful outcomesAre comfortable with ambiguity and are energized by building a function from 0-1You are a compelling storyteller, in both written and verbal communicationYou have low ego and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and executivesMulti-residential real estate industry is a plusExperience with the following tools: Hubspot, Salesforce, WordPress, Confluence, and your choice of Analytics toolPrior experience marketing hardware productsBenefits:
