This global role is for a communicator who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments. You will be required to provide critical thinking, narrative building, and program management while collaborating across many parts of the company.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Express Communications to lead and implement communications strategies focused on a product that serves both individuals and business customers. This role will be pivotal in driving the visibility, education, and reputation of Adobe Express and other business priorities.What you'll DoDevelop and implement comprehensive communication strategies for products like Adobe Express that align with emerging business priorities and drive product adoption.Lead and mentor a team of communications professionals with a drive for business sense, strategic media engagement, creative community involvement, and tangible results.Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content including press releases, blog posts, case studies, and presentations, ensuring content is aligned with Adobe's brand voice and resonates with target audiences.Support the development of product positioning, maintain a cohesive messaging framework, and develop strategic narratives to advance Adobe's awareness and reputation among target audiences.Lead media outreach and cultivate relationships with media, analysts, and influencers to enhance Adobe Express' visibility and reputation.Lead executive communications for a business line and key voices, including internal comms, presentations, and thought leadership to customers, employees, and media.Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging business priorities to proactively adapt communication strategies.Partner with product management, marketing, social media, legal, and other teams to ensure consistent and impactful communication across all channels.What you need to succeedHigh growth communications:

12+ years of experience in digital media, startup, or technology communications, with a focus on consumer and B2B brands highly preferred.Experience leading teams at scale:

Executive presence and proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.Success in high-growth environments:

Experience creating, executing, and leading global communications in agile, fast-paced environments.Innovation and creativity:

Ability to conceptualize and effectively communicate ideas to improve and chart the next chapter of storytelling.Modern storytelling approach:

Depth in digital communications and the social ecosystem with an understanding of multimedia, visual storytelling, and modern communications platforms.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $126,700 -- $296,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
