Position/Specialty: Nursery RNShift: Will work 3x12 nights 7p-7:00, or 3x12 days 7a-7:00p (as needed by the facility)Ratios: 1:6Weekend REQ: Every other weekendIs on-call REQ? (Y/N): No call but could change based on the unit needsWill this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? Yes, within the women's area of the facility if neededJob Requirements
Years of experience REQ: 2 years of experienceFirst-timers accepted: NoLicense REQ: SC or Multi State/Compact RN license. Must be in hand prior to startCerts REQ: BLS, NRPCerts Highly Preferred: STABLESpecial Requirements: Charge nurse experience required, Level 1 & 2 nursery setting experience required. Must be comfortable with delivery to discharge. Some level 2 such as phototherapy, antibiotics, opioid withdrawal, bubble CPAP.Schedule Information
Shift Information: 3x12 nights or days as neededWeekend Requirement: Every other weekendSchedule Flexibility: Open to accommodating block schedule? Requires manager's approval upon request. Dependent on unit's needsOn-Call Requirement: No call but could change based on the unit needsGuaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.Additional Details
All RTO must be included at the time of submissionApproval will be based on facility needsLocals Accepted: Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate
