(Y/N): No call but could change based on the unit needsWill this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? Yes, within the women's area of the facility if needed
Required/PreferredYears of experience REQ: 2 years of experienceFirst-timers accepted: NoLicense REQ: SC or Multi State/Compact RN license. Must be in hand prior to startCerts REQ: BLS, NRPCerts Highly Preferred: STABLESpecial Requirements: Charge nurse experience required, Level 1 & 2 nursery setting experience required. Must be comfortable with delivery to discharge. Some level 2 such as phototherapy, antibiotics, opioid withdrawal, bubble CPAP.
MiscellaneousOpen to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N): Requires managers approval upon request. Dependent on unit's needsLocal Radius: 60 milesLocals Accepted: Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rateRTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needsGuaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
