Job Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for on-site customers seeking technical assistance in person, over the phone or email. Record events and problems and their resolution in logs. Follow-up and update customer status and information. Provide accurate information on IT products or services. Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers. Maintains and tracks equipment, checks-out/in equipment, inventories software media and licensing.Minimum and Additional Requirements
High School Diploma required. Experience in customer service role. Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues. Proficiency in English. Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.Preferred Qualifications
It Technician Support experience. Experience with troubleshooting desktops, portable devices, web-based applications, and locally installed applications. Experience in support of end user technical experiences in an enterprise environment.Additional Comments
