Our client, a respected international advertising organization, is seeking an

Administrative Assistant

to join their dynamic team! The ideal applicant would have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment and have exceptional customer service skills. If you are a people person who is passionate about being a true right hand and loves learning about new things, this role may be the perfect fit for you!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$22 - $25/hr, $55,000 - $65,000 (DOE)

Position Overview:

The Administrative Assistant must have previous experience supporting senior executives or C-level in a corporate setting. The responsibilities of a Administrative Assistant will include general administrative and project-based work as needed and depending on the time of year. The ideal candidate will be proactive, and demonstrate professional expertise as appropriate to the essential functions of their position.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

Be a strategic thinker and partner to ensuring the day to day of the team is running smoothly and efficientlyResponsibilities will include maintaining calendars, coordinating meetings across multiple internal and external divisions, in addition to serving as a liaison and gatekeeper to our internal team members and external clients. YOU will be the face of our organization to the outside partners and labelsCoordinates domestic and international flights as requested by senior management, in addition to handling all logistics from hotels, car services, and coordinating special events from sourcing venues to gifts for clientsServes as a liaison between all internal departments and senior management. Represent the highest level of confidentialitySupports staff in assigned project-based work as needed. Must be excellent in PowerPoint and Excel, in addition to serving as creative and out of the box thinker when it comes to marketing initiatives and relationship buildingQualifications for the Administrative Assistant:

2 to 5 years of consistent experience supporting senior management with administrative supportExperience working in a relevant corporate settingExperience in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are a huge plusExcellent organizational skills; detail oriented; highly motivatedGood verbal and written communication skillsEmail and internet savvyAbility to work independently and as a team memberEducation Requirements:
