he Administrative Assistants will provide support to the management teamKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Proactively schedule meetings, external calls, internal team calls/meetingsManage outlook calendars and contacts for designated team membersACreate and manage POs and e-signatures through Adobe SignBook domestic and international travelArrange catering orders for external lunches and other meetingsBook conference rooms and set up VCs for teamPrepare and submit expense reports using ConcurRegister team for conferences, book hotels, etc.Send FedEx, mail, fax, copying, answering phone calls and other general administrative tasks and activitiesAd hoc projects as assigned

Provide occasional back-up support to the CIOs Executive Assistant this includes scheduling, calendar management, booking travel, reserving conference rooms, OOO coverage etc.QUALIFICATIONS:Education:Bachelors DegreeExperience:Minimum of 2 to 4 years supporting senior level executives or a team of professionals pOther skills/attributes:Demonstrate alignment with company values and cultureProactive, positive, energetic and enthusiastic personalityTeam playerDetail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skillsHigh levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential informationAbility to learn quickly and adapt to changeMust be an independent worker with the ability to follow direction and the flexibility to change direction when neededAble to take ownership of processes and prioritize tasksAbility to manage multiple assignments and responsibilitiesTech-savvy and resourcefulAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteReport this job
