Travel Nurse RN - Acute Care - $2,461 per week

Certification Details Completed training from CPI, AVADE or MOAB must be provided for onboarding and clearance as of 1/1/2024. Job Details Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Patient population: Adult-Geriatric Dress code: Traveler provided professional scrubs (no logos) EMR: Epic Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). Job Requirements New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License / Registration Certificate required. All new and returning agency staff must have de-escalation training as of 1/1/24. MED SURG FLOAT experience required. ICU RN's will be considered. 2 years Med Surg experience. EPIC experience. BSN Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need. Schedule Information Block scheduling will not be considered for this need. Traveler may float between units during shift (e.g., 4hrs Kingsbury, 8hrs Farnum during one shift). Additional Details Cheshire will not consider 'Local Travelers' (those who reside within 50 miles of facility).
