Travel Nurse RN - Acute Care - $2,347 per week

Certification Details CPI, AVADE or MOAB training certificates are necessary for onboarding and clearance. Job Details Registered Nurse (RN) position available in New Hampshire. Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel. Patient population: Adult-Geriatric. Dress code: Traveler provided professional scrubs (no logos). EMR: Epic. Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). Job Requirements Effective Immediately: Include New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate up front with all Nursing submissions. De-escalation training is required for all new and returning agency staff as part of their onboarding and clearance, to be completed by 1/1/24. ONLY certificates from CPI, AVADE, or MOAB will be considered for de-escalation training. Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need. Schedule Information This is a MED SURG FLOAT NEED between THOMPSON, FARNUM, and KINSGSBURY units. Traveler may float between units during shift (e.g., 4hrs Kingsbury, 8hrs Farnum during 1 shift). BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED. Unit Specific Information Traveler may float between THOMPSON, FARNUM, and KINSGSBURY units. ICU RNs will be considered Additional Details Local Travelers (those who reside within 50 miles of facility) will not be considered. 2 years of Med Surg experience. EPIC experience. BSN degrees are considered.
