Project Implementation Owner

Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of software implementation projects for power companies, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality. Project Ownership: Take full ownership of software implementations from initiation through to post go-live, acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters. Quality Solutions: Deliver high-quality solutions that serve as benchmarks for excellence, becoming references for future clients within the same industry. Mentorship: Train and mentor junior employees, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to become the next generation of effective implementation leads. Team collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and enhancing our implementation practices through continuous improvement. Feedback Loop: Influence product development by providing insightful feedback from project implementations, helping to shape future iterations of our software offerings. Achieving assigned personal goals; contributing to achievement of team and company goals.
