Job Description Our client is looking for a Salesforce QA Test Lead to join their team remotely out of Hungary. Below are the responsibilities of this resource: Hands on QA testing execution of test scripts as needed to support each release and multiple user stories. Hands on System integration testing. Maintain and deliver required QA documentation including all written test plans, metrics, and other documentation as required. Formulating roadmap for testing including designing Test Strategy, Test Plan for Programs and Projects of various complexities implementing solutions through Salesforce.com. Working closely with Project Managers, Technical Architects, Design engineers, Application developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Third Party Service providers to understand requirements and translate those to robust test scripts, functional test plans, regression test plans, and production verification testing plans. Working with Automation engineers to build a strategy for a Robust Automation Framework for Salesforce.com application. Co-Manage the QA team to work in multiple project teams and deliver high quality. Periodically provide updates to the Leadership team on Testing progress and impending testing solutions, Risks, and Issues. Ability to interview, evaluate and onboard QA testers and analysts. Skills and Requirements 5 years of experience in working in Quality Assurance and Control 4 years of managing the QA teams 4 years of experience in working in Agile and Scrum teams. Strong technical skills having worked hands on in enterprise level IT systems testing Extensive Salesforce.com experience including working in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integrations. Experience working with DevOps planning tools with ability to create/update user stories, workflows, etc. Salesforce Admin and consultant certifications. Scrum master certifications PSM or CSM.
