This role will be responsible for providing Home Health care to patients in the local area in the comfort of their own home!
Top Skills Required: • 1+ year of professional experience as an RN (Home Health experience preferred) • Active RN License in the State of IL • Associates Degree (or higher) in Nursing • BLS and CPR Certification • Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance
Schedule: Monday – Friday; day shift + 1 weekend per month, 1-2 on-call days per month & 2 holidays per year
