SAP MM/PP Consultant

Position: SAP MM / PP Consultant Location: Detroit, MI (has to attend office 5 days / week) Duration: Long term Rate: $Market All Inclusive General Responsibilities Gather, document, analyze business requirements Interview business subject matter experts Facilitate requirements workshops Facilitate business process designs Configure the application to user requirements Develop use cases and user stories Develop test plans and test scripts Manage test execution Liaise between business and technical teams for defect resolution Assist in project management activities Assist in cutover planning and execution Act as project focal point for business requirements discussion Evolve to become the application subject matter expert Perform analysis and data migration from spreadsheets to SAP system Provide technical and functional support to business and support teams Functional / Technical Skills SAP MRP and IBP Business and technical writing Requirements analysis Requirements traceability Agile software development methodology Software test management Enterprise systems architecture Enterprise business capabilities Business process engineering Production Planning Master-data (Material Master, Bill of Materials, Work Center, Routing, Production Version, Production Resources and Tools) Production planning integration with other processes (MM, CO, and SD) Material Requirements Planning and Consumption Based Planning, Planning Strategies and MRP types Supply chain processes (Order to cash, procure to pay) Designing and configuring the processes in PP- MTS, MTO, ETO, ATO, MRP, Production Execution, LTP, SOP Process integration with Finance, Costing, Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales and Warehouse Management Qualifications BS Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Computer Science, or Equivalent degree 12 years of working experience with SAP PP implementation and support 8 Years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management 8 Years of experience in business systems analysis 5 Years of experience in automotive or discrete manufacturing
