Perform root cause analysis and restore service quickly. Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and testing teams. Proactively monitor production environment and manage end-user relationships. Support nights/weekends for on-call coverage and release events. Must Haves: 2+ years of financial application support experience. Experience with Splunk and/or Dynatrace. Strong UNIX/LINUX and Windows server administration skills. Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Cockroach, Redis. Previous use of Remedy and JIRA. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently in a complex environment.
