Business Systems Analyst (Pega) Remote Team: Medical Pharmacy, Business Process Automation Purpose: Our purpose is to reimagine pharmacy management to provide the same care we want for our loved ones. Within the Medical Pharmacy organization we have many opportunities to modernize legacy platforms and make business processes more efficient by utilizing Pega. You will be joining this initiative from the beginning and have the opportunity to help shape the future. Specifically the first project is known as Physician Clinical Review which is working towards the following objectives: Workflow Automation replacing many process steps done manually by the business today Integrate with legacy platforms and Workday for data exchange Provide reporting capabilities Responsibilities Interview stakeholders to elicit and document highly complex business needs for modifications to system application, and define functional, high-level, and detailed system requirements for requested software changes Define components and groupings to be assigned to other Systems Analyst IT resources and analyze and recommend features for phased execution as needed Cross-train assigned Systems Analyst IT resources for system requirements phase of project and monitor and report project status, issues, and risks to project leadership Serve as subject matter expert and mentor for more junior members of Systems Analyst IT team Participate in project work and IT estimation process Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required 5 years of experience supporting key business applications preferably including Pega-based applications Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills reflected in diagrams and/or user stories or other requirements Ability to work both independently and collaboratively and to receive work direction from direct and indirect leadership 2 years experience doing Business Process Mapping: Facilitate clear definition and communication of "as-is" and "future state" business processes by leveraging Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) or similar approaches Preferred Qualifications PEGA Systems Business Architect (CBA) certification Experience supporting an Agile team, working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Miro Experience working in environment with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI, etc.) Previous experience in PBM / health care industry Understanding of security implications of domain Minimum Physical Job Requirements Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear Frequently required to reach with hands and arms Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus DICE kgohmannc4techservices.com cclausenc4techservices.com
