Product Analyst Remote Qualifications/years of experience: Stakeholder Communication and Information Gathering Define Stories and provide Estimates. Requirements and Solution design Testing Production Documentation Issue Resolution Change Deployment Support Agile Ceremonies and Continuous improvement Technology Requirements: Experience with API development, support, and other system integration experience. PBM or Insurance experience (Member Management, Claims Processing) Experience working as a Product team in an Agile environment. Analyze problems, create options and communication pros/cons/benefit analysis. Self-managed and motivated Ability to be part of a on-call rotation for production support issues. WSO2 or similar API technology preferred. Success/Performance Metrics: Good Communication skills Ability to work with internal and client resources.
