IT Business Analyst (Hybrid, Functional/Technical)

IT Business Analyst (Hybrid, Functional/Technical) Location: Remote Project/Focus: PLANT Participation Automation Functionality needs to be build to automatically pass transaction data from the funding association to the participating association. This functionality brings PLANT into parity with Cornerstone. FISERV was going to build this into their core but due to increases in estimated hours to solve, SunStream has made the decision to build. The incremental cost to the program was approved by the Management Council. Key Experience(s) Prior experience as a Business Systems Analyst Understanding of Agile (SCRUM) practices Story writing in Agile formats, in particular for system to system scenarios Previously run or contributed to discovery interviews Previous work on FISERV products, specifically DNA, Fiserv Architect, Deposit Solutions, and/or Payroll Manager Previous experience working on projects related to cloud platforms or file processing/management Key Skill(s): Good communicator, both written and verbal Well organized, with attention to detail Visionary - One that can piece the big picture together given the defined purpose of the work at hand Key Technology /Certification(s): None Required CSPO a plus SAFe certified a plus ADO experience a plus Key Responsibilities: Actively manage product backlog Research and capture requirements for User Stories Produce meeting notes from discovery interviews Write stories and acceptance criteria Facilitate story discussions in internal team meetings as needed Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standup, demos, etc.) Sit as a proxy for the Product Owner when needed Pull analytical data as needed in support of feature development QA test, as needed, in preparation of moving the feature to UAT DICE kjmuellerc4techservices.com
