Overview of the Accounts Receivable role:

• Enter cash receipts and update accounts receivable ledger
• Sends invoice copies for customers, as requested
• Research and processes customer claims of invoice payment
• Answer accounts receivable inquiries
• Contact customers as necessary in order to update accounts

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Role:

• 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
• Proficient organizational skills
• Competent with Excel and Pivot tables
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

The Accounts Receivable Specialist role is fully onsite in Canton, OH with a salary range of $41,600 - $52,000 depending on experience.
