Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Process invoices, including 3-way matching, scanning, filing, coding, and entering in the system
• Reconcile accounts at Month End
• Assist with inventory control and purchasing
• Research and resolve routine account inquiries and discrepancies
• Provide excellent customer service to vendors

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

The Accounts Payable Specialist role is fully onsite in Canton, OH with a salary range of $41,600 - $52,000 depending on experience.
