Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as the IT Specialist (INFOSEC/SYSANALYSIS) for US Army Chemical Materials Activity, Office of the Deputy Director, Transition Office. Responsibilities Oversees implementation of new system hardware and software and develops operating procedures. Analyze business practices and adapt for automated management. Serves as a technical expert performing feasibility studies. Ensure documentation of phases of network system functions. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which includes: analyze business practices and adapt for automated management; oversee configuration and Risk Management Framework requirements of networked and standalone information systems; provide technical advice regarding the design for advanced systems, networks and/or telecommunications software; assess long-range needs regarding system architecture and development; perform feasibility studies.
