Role Description Students (iPads) and faculty (Mac Books) use iOS and school administrators use PCs. Troubleshooting, apps, password resets, assisting teachers with in classroom setup and execution of hardware/software. Assist with student information database as needed. Skills & Requirements iOS and Windows troubleshooting experience Client facing. Must be comfortable and confident interacting with students, teachers and school administrators Clean cut appearance (Jesuit is a private, Catholic, all male high school so no visible tattoos or piercings. Hair must be off the eyebrows, off the ears and off the collar. Experience at a school Apple Store /Geek Squad or similar experience.
