Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship not available. Our client is seeking a Senior IT Software Project Manager in Celebration, FL/ Hybrid. Role Description Will provide project management support to our Vacation Club Technology team, partnering with leaders responsible for the delivery of various technical integrations. Projects include planning & estimation of new initiatives, transitioning existing technology project responsibilities for the DVC Member space. Will provide heavy strategy/roadmapping/requirements gathering with Business and Tech teams for first few months before project kicks off. Requires experience in backend systems (not digital) Skills & Requirements Seeking very technical software/Agile PM (previous developer a plus) - 5 years in a senior role and at least 4 years as a software Project Manager Requires experience on enterprise solutions (ex: SalesForce) Strong project management fundamentals and background (project planning, budget management, direction setting & leadership) Understands the software development life cycle and up to speed on the latest flavors of agile methodologies Understand the product-centric delivery approach Ability to maintain project budgets to include resource forecasting, using system of record to submit non labor expenses, approving invoices, and identifying financial risk. Familiar operating within a Tech & Digital organization, working on technology initiatives Strong driver who takes full ownership Solid communicator; ability to be detailed or concise based on audience or desirable outcome Exhibits adaptable / flexible styles of leadership A self-starter / go-getter, able to anticipate the needs of their project / leader(s) Able to find comfort with ambiguous objectives, where the end-state may not always be apparent Ability to partner with external leadership to understand their project needs, establishing a solid working relationship Can lead the business with stories and grooming.
