**Job Description:**

- Work in a unit dedicated to cardiovascular surgery with two heart rooms and a potential third.- Collaborate with a team consisting of 4 RNs and 3 Certified Surgical Technologists (CSTs).- Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio for personalized care.- Operate and manage equipment using Meditech EMR system.- Perform procedures such as Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG), Aortic Valve Replacement (AVR), Mitral Valve Replacement (MVR), and Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR).- Participate in the call schedule as there is no night shift.- Be part of a unit that is restarting an Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) program.- Ideal candidates are confident and have prior experience with the Meditech system.
