The company specializes in B2B services and products, catering to a wide range of clients including large licensed brokers, crypto exchanges, crypto brokers, forex brokers, hedge and crypto funds, and professional managers.Key Responsibilities:The Release Train Engineer (RTE) will facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events, ensuring the smooth execution of PI Planning, Iteration Planning, and Scrum of Scrums.They will ensure the timely execution of critical ART events such as retrospectives, system demos, and inspect and adapt workshops.The RTE will collaborate across teams, acting as a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train.They will support collaboration and alignment between product owners, teams, and other stakeholders.The RTE will identify and resolve bottlenecks that may impede the progress of the Agile Release Train.They will provide transparency into progress and risks for the train by maintaining effective communication with all levels of the organization.They will support the implementation of continuous improvement practices within the training.The RTE will be responsible for driving the relentless improvement of ART performance and operational excellence.They will monitor and escalate ART risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact delivery.The RTE will ensure that the teams are adhering to the Lean-Agile principles and the SAFe framework.They will assist in developing capacity planning, identifying areas for process improvement, and implementing solutions.Qualifications:It is preferred that the RTE has experience in mentoring and coaching teams in Agile and Lean methodologies.Experience in managing complex cross-functional projects is also preferred.The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.It is preferred that they can influence without authority and build consensus across teams and stakeholders.Prior experience with SAFe or other scaling frameworks is highly desirable.Familiarity with metrics and tools for tracking team performance, such as burn-down charts or velocity, is preferred.Perks and Benefits:Be part of a leading investment bank with a strong global presence as a group.Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.A supportive and collaborative work environment that values innovation and excellence.
