Manage real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to real estate investments.Conduct research to support the firm's investment fund operations and ensure compliance.Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.Deliver high-quality work within specified deadlines.Foster positive relationships within the team and with clients.Participate in virtual meetings and other work-related activities as required.Perform additional duties as assigned to support the role's responsibilities.Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, specifically in acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.Familiarity with securities offerings is beneficial.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to influence and build professional relationships.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.Certifications
