Oversee and manage real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.Draft, review, and negotiate documents related to real estate investments.Conduct research to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support operational needs within the investment funds group.Communicate effectively with clients, legal professionals, and other stakeholders.Produce accurate, high-quality work within established deadlines.Build and maintain positive work relationships with clients and colleagues.Adapt to hybrid work environments, participating in virtual meetings and other related tasks as required.Perform additional duties as needed to support the role and team objectives.Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, particularly with acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.Familiarity with securities offerings is advantageous.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to build professional relationships and influence others effectively.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree is required.Certifications
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction is required.Skills
