CloudSAFE specializes in Cloud Solutions and Managed Services for the IBM Power Systems and x86 environments and is recognized as a Global Top 100 Managed Services Provider.Boyne Capital is a Miami, FL-based Private Equity firm that seeks to forge lasting and collaborative relationships with companies and support them in achieving their next phase of growth. Boyne partnered with CloudSAFE in August 2021 to help build a leading platform in the IT managed services space and has completed 5 add-on acquisitions since closing on the initial platform.OPPORTUNITYWorking closely with and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Revenue Officer is a newly established role tasked with developing, leading, and executing the sales strategy to accelerate growth and maximize revenue. The ideal candidate brings cloud and managed services sales leadership experience. Proven experience in scaling the business and growing a team. Hiring, enabling, and coaching team members to be successful while maximizing individual and team performance.RESPONSIBILITIESOversee all revenue-generating activities, including sales, marketing, pricing, and customer success.Lead, motivate, and support the sales team in achieving/exceeding goalsEstablish and manage annual sales goals, strategy, and budget in collaboration with the CEODevelop cross-selling strategies and training programs for acquired and existing entities to provide growth opportunities and realize synergiesConduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) for the sales teamEnsure accurate and timely records/updates in Salesforce CRMAssist with the recruiting and hiring of sales staff as the company growsMonitor the market and competitor servicesMaintain an understanding of the technology offerings to ensure customer needs and requirements are metReview customer activity, anticipate needs, improve customer satisfaction, and grow solution footprints/offerings within the customer baseEstablish and maintain key customer and partner relationshipsWork with the Accounting team to coordinate the accurate and timely invoicing of customers and partnersQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in business administration, marketing/sales, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plusManaged Services sales experience; private or public cloud experience preferred5+ years of experience and a proven and verifiable track record of effectively leading a high-performing sales teamIn-depth knowledge of recurring revenue selling strategies and methodsExperience overseeing all aspects of sales funnel including;Top of funnel/lead generation including branding, GTM, channel management, direct sales strategyDirect sales efforts including managing the sales team, pipeline management, conversion optimization, sales tools and resourcesOngoing account management and customer success including cross sell, up sell, churn mitigation, cloud conversionExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAble/willing to travel 35%Operational knowledge of SalesforcePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with a PE-backed private company is a plusCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSBase, bonus, & equityComprehensive benefit options including 401(k) + match
