Global Senior Manager, Innovation & Marketing – Lubriderm Body

is responsible for leading the development of a 3-year innovation pipeline to deliver Lubriderm’s strategic plan and operating plan goals. This position will own and drive the development of new product concepts, claims, commercial innovation, and lifecycle management projects shaped by consumer & category insights and trends.Key ResponsibilitiesEffectively lead a cross-functional team to drive excellence in all aspects of product development from concept research to product design, packaging development, and commercialization, in order to accelerate Lubriderm.Build and effectively influence business activities and projects, including gaining alignment from key partners and decision-makers to advance a prototypical & harmonized portfolio architecture, covering critical category entry points.Build a high-performance environment and a culture of collaboration and innovation with cross-functional partners and marketing counterparts across different regions, to support the Lubriderm brand equity and innovation globally.What We Are Looking ForRequired QualificationsA minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.Prior innovation experience is required.A minimum of 10 years working experience.A minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience is required.Proven brand business building, critical thinking, and marketing thought leadership—ability to craft ideas & recommendations based on consumer insights.Proven cross-functional collaboration and leadership.Proven ability to understand a consumer target and position a brand, project, and innovation.Demonstrated communication skills and ability to influence key partners and decision-makers without authority.Proven analytic skills and financial acuity in making effective business decisions.Desired QualificationsAn MBA or equivalent degree is preferred.Prior Consumer Packaged Goods experience is preferred.Skin health category experience is highly preferred.Commercial experience preferred.Experience working with national customers.What’s in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from

(if compliant with local laws).
