OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST ROLE:
- The Accounts Receivable Specialist will post cash applications by pulling all banking accounts and ensuring accurate posting into the ERP system
- The Accounts Receivable Specialist will perform clean-up and reconciliation on customer accounts to ensure accuracy
- The Accounts Receivable Specialist will respond to customer inquiries, including taking calls and emails related to credit card payments
- The Accounts receivable Specialist will post and reconcile payments, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST:
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related financial role
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
