Responsibilities of the Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Interpret and apply accounting standards in various business contexts.
- Perform account reconciliation from contracts to invoices, ensuring clarity on the status of each transaction.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Support, and Finance teams to gather information and resolve billing discrepancies.
Qualifications of the Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
- NetSuite or Salesforce experience are a plus
- Excel experience (pivot tables, vlookups)
