Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a friendly smile and guide them through the CT scanning process, making sure they feel comfortable and informed.
- Operate our state-of-the-art CT scanners to produce high-quality images that assist in diagnosing various medical conditions.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on CT equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely.
- Collaborate with our amazing team of radiologists, doctors, and nurses to provide the best possible care and discuss imaging results.
- Keep accurate records of imaging procedures, patient information, and any relevant details in our electronic systems.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure environment for both patients and staff.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
- Current certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT or equivalent) and state licensure as required by Connecticut.
- Previous experience in a clinical CT setting is a plus, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are just as important!
- Excellent communication skills, a patient-first attitude, and a knack for troubleshooting. Bonus points if you have a sense of humor and love working as part of a team!
