Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CT imaging equipment to produce high-quality images.
- Prepare and position patients for CT scans, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Administer contrast agents as needed and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
- Review and analyze images to ensure diagnostic accuracy.
- Maintain and calibrate CT equipment regularly.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to discuss imaging results.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Valid CT Technologist certification (ARRT or equivalent).
- State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in New Jersey.
- Proven experience in performing CT scans and interpreting results.
- Strong knowledge of CT imaging procedures and safety protocols.
- Excellent patient care and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
