Provide top-notch technical support to ensure end-user satisfaction and swift resolution of IT issues.Oversee and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware, to ensure optimal performance.Implement and uphold security measures to protect our data and systems from potential threats.Work closely with various departments to identify technical challenges and develop effective solutions.Keep detailed and accurate documentation of IT processes and system configurations.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure management roles.Strong expertise in network and server management, with proficiency in both Windows and Linux operating systems.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.Outstanding communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are advantageous.
