We are seeking an entry-level IT Support Technician for our technology client in the Greater Pittsburgh area. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist with system upgrades from Windows 10 to Windows 11. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills as the role involves interaction with both clients and team members. This is a fully onsite position based in Cranberry Township, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform upgrades from Windows 10 to Windows 11 on company systems.Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues during the upgrade process.Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless transitions.Assist with general IT support tasks as needed.Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in IT support.Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Work Environment:

Fully onsite at the Cranberry office, Greater Pittsburgh Area.
