IntePros is excited to partner with a Fortune 200 Investment Banking and Financial Company in helping them identify an Applications Supporet Analyst for a critical engagement in Pittsburgh, PA. Application Support Analyst role & responsibiilities:Candidate is desired for a role in Production Services, Workplace Technology Support Team, primarily supporting the messaging and collaboration environment globally. The team offers 24x7x365 support. This role is for a 11a-8p or 12p-9p eastern shift, covering for 10p-6a shift in India (with shift overlap for continuity-of-care).Required Qualifications (most important to least):Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required4-6 years of related infrastructure experience requiredWorking knowledge of secure messaging technologies, including: PGP, TLS, IRM, and S/MIMEWorking knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and M365Ability to effectively handle multiple and occasionally competing priorities/tasksStrong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with staff and customers Preferred Qualifications (most important to least):Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plusFunctional knowledge of Symantec Mail Security GatewayFunctional knowledge of DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARCFunctional knowledge of highly-available and load-balanced application environmentsFunctional knowledge of IMAP and SMTP protocols#LI-BV1
