Grow your career as an ETL Application Support Analyst with an innovative global bank in Tampa, FL. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or other engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in production support using ETL Tools: Unix, SQL, and/or Ab initio.
- 5+ years of Relational Database SQL (Oracle) experience.
- Capable of writing complex and efficient SQL DML statements.
- Must be able to optimize SQL queries, performance tune, table structures and indexes.
- Understand basic Unix commands, command lines, how to move or add files.
- Hands-on experience UNIX with knowledge in scripting language to create scripts for automation of daily batch reports.
- Unix shell scripting experience and understanding of Ab Initio environment (Co-Operating system).
- Understand, analyze and write PL/SQL queries on Oracle and Sybase.
- Good expertise in database level analysis to trace issues to closure.
- Hands-on experience UNIX with knowledge in scripting language to create scripts for automation of daily batch reports.
- Thorough understanding of DWH methodologies.
- Experience with design pattern implementation, Algorithms and Data Structure.
- Passion for technology, understanding of software engineering best practices, and self- starter
Desired Skills & Experience
- Familiar with Ab Initio architecture for issue identification and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of Ab Initio development, components usage, EME, migration process with branching. Ability to analyst the existing graphs and provide impact assessment.

What You Will Be Doing
- Will support daily production batches which requires research and identification from failed batches to resolutions at the quickest time.
- Will partner with various support teams across multiple vendors to provide seamless customer experience.
- Will work with the support team to address the production issues and the finance customers for ongoing issues.
- Provide critical operational support service, process, capability or initiative within an operational unit and ensures performance and/or risk indicators are met.
- Establish and monitor process performance measurements and business impact.
- Gather and communicate performance statistics and reports to internal stakeholders and senior management.
- Ownership and responsibility for end-to-end production batches.
- Actively trace and track issues and document the issue resolutions.
- Create monthly issue reports.
- Ensure best practices are followed.
