job summary:Tatum by Randstad is presently conducting a search for a Senior Financial Analyst for a well-established, progressive, and world-renowned healthcare company. Organization offers top-notch leadership, benefits, and sits onsite 2-3 days/week in Orange County, local candidates to Southern CA only.

responsibilities:The primary responsibilities in this newly created role will include: budgeting/forecasting, analysis of financials and bank statements, putting together reporting packages for the executive team, calculation of ROI, scenario based financial modeling, and special projects. This role will work with a collaborative group of fun professionals.
qualifications:The ideal candidate MUST have a bachelor's degree, 4+ years of FP&A experience (ROI, Breakeven Analysis, What-If Modeling), be systems savvy, and be able to work well with all levels of management.
