- Will position float between units: Yes- On-call required: No- Weekends required: No- Block schedules required: No- Expected patient ratios: 1:20- Special requirements: 48 hours not applicable- Local applicants accepted at lower rate- Reference required covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years- Candidates may float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals- Background check policy to be noted prior to submission- Return staff policy: 3 months between permanent and travel assignments- Travelers may need to float between sister facilities nearby; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment- Communication devices for assignment provided by client- Non-billable modules: Average 16 hours required; over 20 hours requires approval- Orientation: 40 hours, non-billable
