Your impactProvide technical assistance and support, related to computer systems, hardware, or softwareRespond to queries, run diagnostics programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutionsConduct corporate training sessionsAssist with onboarding-offboardingMaintain the daily performance of computer systemsHelp with maintaining IT asset/inventory mgmtPerforms other related duties and projects as requested or assignedWhat you bring
Familiarity with Mac and PC Operating SystemsFamiliarity with GSuite and Google AdminFamiliarity with OKTA, Jamf, and Kaseya-VSAFamiliarity with Google Meet and Zoom conferencing equipmentPreferred Experience with Atlassian apps (confluence, jira)Basic knowledge of Active DirectoryComputer and Printer SupportNew computer hardware and software builds, using imaging softwareFamiliarity with Office 365 Suite - some knowledge of Outlook may be required.Los Angeles, CA salary range

Total compensation includes a competitive benefits package along with equity in the form of Stock Options (ISOs).
