About the position

Altruist is entering an exciting phase, and we're looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join our SSG team in San Diego.

What you'll doProvide technical assistance and support, related to computer systems, hardware, or softwareRespond to queries, run diagnostics programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutionsConduct corporate training sessionsAssist with onboarding and off boardingMaintain the daily performance of computer systemsHelp with maintaining IT asset/inventory mgmtPerforms other related duties and projects as requested or assignedWhat you'll bring

Proficient with Mac and PC Operating Systems (PC knowledge preferred for this role)Proficient with Outlook and Office 365 applicationsProficient with GSuite and Google AdminProficient with OKTA, Jamf, Intune, and Kaseya-VSAProficient with Google Meet and Zoom conferencing equipmentPreferred Experience with Atlassian apps (confluence, jira)Strong Knowledge of Active DirectoryProficient with on-prem and cloud infrastructureProficient network troubleshootingComputer and Printer SupportNew computer hardware and software builds, using imaging softwareExperience with shell scripting and/or Python is a big plusExperience with Amazon Cloud Services is ideal but not a requirementLos Angeles, CA salary range

$40-$55 USD

Total compensation includes a competitive benefits package along with equity in the form of Stock Options (ISOs).
